29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables shall not be used.     a)      On or about May 15, 2013; on the roof of the jobsite, the employer allowed employees to utilize a damaged extension cord to power a sawzall reciprocating saw.  Employees used the saw to cut notches in wooden joists.
