29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system:  On or about March 15, 2013, at an apartment complex roof located at 1616 N Stanton St. in El Paso TX, employer did not ensure that employee(s) working on the roof were provided with and required to use adequate fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall and struck-by hazards.
