29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about May 15, 2013, at a commercial site located at 1725 Yandell in El Paso, TX, employer did not ensure that employee working on the edge of a roof was provided with and required to use adequate fall protection. Employee was potentially exposed to falls from approximately 15 feet to ground level.
