29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) 340 Pleasant View Road, New Cumberland PA - Framers used various hand tools such as nail guns, chain saws, a hammer drill, a circular saw, and a framing nailer to cut and nail wood pieces and were not wearing eye protection, as referenced in 1926.102(a)(1), thereby exposing the employees to possible eye injuries, on or about May 16, 2013. No abatement certification or documentation required.
