29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652(c): (a) For the employees installing water lines in an eight-foot deep trench at the corner of Lincoln Avenue West and Third Street West, Carpio, ND. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 313701864, Citation 1, Item 1B, and was affirmed as a final order on November 9, 2009, with respect to a workplace located at 51st Avenue NE and 44th Street NE in Maddock, North Dakota.
