On or about May 16, 2013, at the above addressed jobsite, employees doing roofing work atop the 7/12 pitched roof were exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet due to the lack of a fall protection system.

The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a.
