29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   Jobsite located at 743 S. Woodlawn St., Wichita, KS 67207 - Employees engaged in residential roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards of 9 feet 8 inches from the roof to the ground below.  Employees were working on the 9x12 pitch roof with no fall protection methods in use.    29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) abatement of the above violation was verified at time of inspection, no certification is required.
