29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse: a/ Frank Millman/Edison NJ Site - Warehouse: 1/ Metal storage racks (including but not limited to C-Aisle) had product stored that was not blocked, shrink wrapped or other-wise secured to prevent falling. 2/ Damaged wooden pallets/skids were not all replaced and were continued to be used. Some of them were double stacked with product stored on them to compensate for the damage. Observed on/or about 05/16/2013.
