29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: a) 2030 Lehigh St., Lafayette Towers Apartments - On or about May 15, 2013, employees working in a SJP 1200 JLG articulating boom aerial lift maneuvered the lift in a manner that consistently placed parts of the non-insulated aerial lift within a 10 foot radius from the high voltage energized power lines.
