29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about May 6, 2013 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12-22.2 feet. The employees were not wearing fall protection. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
