29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i): When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures. Dietart Department: The employer did not ensure that a speciific energy control procedure was utilized on or about 09/03/2013 when an outside contractor was performing service and maintenance on the Hobart dishwashing unit and the electrical circuit breaker servicing the equipment was not locked out.
