29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2): Supported scaffold poles, legs, posts, frames, and uprights did not bear on base plates and mud sills or other adequate firm foundation: On or about May 16, 2013 employees of D & I Masonry were exposed to fall, caught-in, and struck-by hazards while working on a scaffold that was: a) constructed without use of base plates. b) supported by wood boards that were not capable of supporting the scaffold.
