Apollo Beach (FL), as observed on or about May 20, 2013.  The sorting employees who retrieve product that has fallen off the line and into collection bins were exposed to nip-points.    (b) for the unguarded and rotating portion of the line between the Grape Tomato and Boxing lines at DiMare Ruskin Inc located at 5715 US Hwy 41 N. Apollo Beach (FL), on or about May 20, 2013.  The cleanup crew employees walking underneath and sweeping around the unguarded moving parts were exposed to nip-points.
