29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) On or about May 20, 2013, the point of operation on the Baumfolder 926B paper folder was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to rotating shafts and pinch points while the glue heads were installed on the machine. b) On or about May 20, 2013, the point of operation on the Stahl paper folder was not guarded to prevent employee exposure to rotating shafts and pinch points. Abatement Certifcation and Abatement Documentation Required.
