Roy Furman Highway, Masontown, PA: On or about May 20, 2013, employees were exposed to slipping and tripping hazards from coal nugget accumulation in the Surge Bin building from the X6 belt to the BC2 belt.     (c) Coal Yard- 2907 E. Roy Furman Highway, Masontown, PA: On or about May 20, 2013, employees were exposed to slipping and tripping hazards from coal nugget accumulation on the walkways to the Transfer Building from the tunnels, and also the stairs to X-2-C13.    (d) Coal Yard- 2907 E. Roy Furman Highway, Masontown, PA: On or about May 20, 2013, employees were exposed to slipping and tripping hazards from coal nugget accumulation on the 5 belt walkway in the Crusher Building.
