29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(i): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards likely to cause death or serious physical harm, in that the employer did not ensure that the electrical equipment was suitable for use in areas subject to accumulations of wood dust: a. Behind the Dust Technology DT-150 dust collector - On 05/16/2013 electrical equipment such as junction boxes, and outlets, were not suitable for use near a dust collector where accumulations of wood dust occurred. The equipment was not designed to prevent wood dust entry that could lead to a fire.
