29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On May 21, 2013, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 29 feet in height to the ground below, when wearing a body harness which was not secured with a lanyard to a JLG aerial lift, while the employee was installing plywood along the north side of the building.
