29 CFR 1926.451(f)(3): Scaffolds and scaffold components shall be inspected for visible defects by a competent person before each work shift, and after any occurrence which could affect a scaffold's structural integrity. Jobsite: Employees using a scissor lift were not conducting daily inspections of scissor lift which employees were exposed to damaged wires that employees tried to cover up with electrical tape.

29 CFR 1926.404(b)(1): Ground-fault protection - The employer shall use either ground fault circuit interrupters as specified in paragraph(b)(1)(ii) of this section or an assured equipment grounding conductor program.
