29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables shall not be used. An employee was observed utilizing an abrasive DeWalt saw to cut metal. The yellow AWG 12/2 extension cord being used to provide power to the saw had been damaged outer insultaion. Employees were exposed to a potential shock hazard.
