29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) Interior main stairway: On May 15, 2013 and at times prior thereto employees performing framing activities on the second floor used a stairway that had an unprotected side or edge for access to the work area. The stairway had 18 risers. Camacho Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 459359, citation number 1, item 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 274 Schmeizer Lane, Boise, ID 83706. Note) Abatement certification is NOT required for this item.
