At the location of 12104 160th Pl. Lot 59 in overland Park, KS Employees engaged new construction of a single family dwelling were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16 feet from the eave to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that a fall protection system was not in place to keep them from falling while working on the roof rafters.
