29 CFR 1926.451(f)(7): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. (a) Jobsite: 121 South Highland Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15232: On or before May 21, 2013, employees engaged in bricklaying activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 42 feet in that a top rail and mid rail were missing on the open side and mid rail at the scaffoldings end.
