Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.   Pursuant to the Occupational Safety & Health Administrations Multi-employer Work Site policy, this employer is considered the exposing, creating and correcting employer.

29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(i): The area below the scaffold was not barricaded, and employees were not prohibited from entering the hazard area:   a)  Main Entrance - Roofers demolishing a slate roof from the platform of a pump jack scaffold which was located over the main entrance to a building created a struck for the falling debris was not retrained by methods, including, but not limited to, toe boards, screens, barricades or some other effective, on or about 05/21/2013.       Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.   Pursuant to the Occupational Safety & Health Administration's Multi-employer Work Site policy, this employer is considered the exposing, correcting and creating employer.
