Top Level of Building: Employees working out of the scissor lift up between the metal trusses were not wearing hard hats when there was a possible danger of head injury in the event they would strike their head as observed on 5-22-13. b. Lower Corner of Building Toward Office Trailer: Employee working out of the Sun Belt aerial lift was not wearing his hard hat when there was the possible danger of head injury from impact of the metal fascia cap that extended past the corner of the building as observed on 5-22-13.
