29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested. a) On or about May 21, 2013, at the ADM Milling Company, 1120 King Street Chattanooga, TN, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards (dust), for which the employer required the use of tight fitting air purifying respirators but did not provide annual fit-test. (a) In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
