29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system: On May 22, 2013, two employees were exposed to the hazards of fall of an approximate height of 45 feet to the ground while working on a roof with an approximate pitch of 4:12 without having an adequate fall protection system in place.
