Employees of Adrian Carrillo were observed performing roofing installation activities and were exposed to a fall height greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: Adrian Carrillo Roofing: The employer failed to provide a training program to ensure that employees exposed to fall hazards were able to recognize and follow procedures to minimize those hazards. Employees of Adrian Carrillo Roofing were observed by a Compliance Officer performing roofing activities at heights greater than 6 feet without using any convention fall protection; none of the employees had received training from their employer.
