29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:  a)  Pipe storage area - On or about May 23, 2013 employees were exposed to fall hazards while placing chaulks to prevent the pipes from rolling.  The chaulks are placed on the dunnage of the pipes whne the employees are exposed to a fall hazard of approximately five feet four inches to the ground below.
