To get maximum serviceability, safety, and to eliminate unnecessary damage of equipment, good safe practices in the use and care of ladder equipment must be employed by the users. (a) Front of Building - On or about April 17, 2013 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard while standing on the top step of an extension ladder.
