29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(iii): Ladders were used on surfaces which did not provide a secure footing: 74 Ayers Point Road, Old Saybrook, CT 06475: The 14 foot long aluminum ladder used to access and exit the roof area between the main house and the garage was not equipped with rubber feet to prevent slipping and was not placed on a secure footing.
