29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: (a) Sewage Plant: On or about May 20, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the Square D service disconnect for the OmniPure system was not legibly marked. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock and inadvertent start-up when servicing the downstream equipment. (b) Laundry/Compressor Room: On or about May 20, 2013 and at times prior thereto, the Eaton/cutler-Hammer disconnect for the Jefferson Electric 240-480 volt transformer was not legibly marked. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock when servicing the downstream equipment.
