29 CFR 1926.51(f)(1): The employer did not provide adequate washing facilities for employees engaged in the application of paints, coatings, herbicides, or insecticides, or in other operations where contaminants may be harmful to the employees. Such facilities were not in near proximity to the worksite and was not equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances: a) Unity Hospital Long Term Construction Project - On or about 5/23/13, employees at a multi-employer worksite who were engaged in painting, application of fireproofing and insulation did not have available washing facilities in near proximity to the worksite and so equipped as to enable employees to remove such substances. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

Unity Hospital long term project - On or about 5/23/13, the employer did not provide lavatories for use at the multiple contractor site, which included tepid running water; hand soap or similar cleansing agents; and, hand towels or sections thereof, of cloth or paper, warm air blowers or clean individual sections of continuous cloth toweling, convenient to the lavatories. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
