The employer does not provide records to an authorized government representative within four business hours. This violation occurred on or about May 21, 2013, where the employer did not produce the OSHA 300 Logs for calendar year 2012 within four business hours once the request was made at approximately 12:30 PM. The employer produced the Logs for the current and other previous years.    Pursuant to 29 C.F.R. 1903.19, within ten (10) calendar days of the abatement date, the employer must submit documentation showing that it is in compliance with the standard, including describing the steps that it is taking to ensure that the records for calendar year 2012 are provided to an authorized government representative.
