29 CFR 1910.268(e): Personal protective equipment, protective devices, and special tools needed for the work of employees were not provided and/or the employer did not ensure that they were used by employees:  (a) East AZ Area, Office of Information Technology, US Border Patrol, 1608 S Kings Hwy, Douglas, AZ 85607:  On or about 16 May 2013, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the radio frequency monitor, Nardalert XT, was used by the two climbers (Field Technology Officers) who performed work atop the telecommunication towers when assigned, exposing them to hazards.
