29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one-half hour: (a) Welding Bay-Room 126, Vehicle Maintenance Facility, U.S. Border Patrol, Douglas, AZ: On or about 16 May 2013 and at times prior thereto, an oxygen cylinder and an acetylene cylinder were stored side-by-side on a welding cart without having a fire-resistant barrier.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the identity and appropriate hazard warnings regarding the chemicals contained therein: (a) Vehicle Maintenance Facility, West Side of Vehicle Bay, U.S. Border Patrol, Douglas, AZ: On or about 16 May 2013 and at times prior thereto, the drum mounted parts washer containing "DL 1080 Keynote Cleaner" was not labeled with the name of the cleaner nor any health hazards to warn employees that exposure to the product may cause eye and skin irritation, kidney damage and/or liver abnormalities.
