29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:   Location:  140 Rue Grand, Lake St. Louis, MO  63367  Professional Roofing & Contracting Services allows workers to be exposed to hazardous conditions created by not conducting frequent or regular inspections of the worksite to ensure all workers were in compliance with OSHA standards.  The workers were exposed to a fall hazard that measured approximately 9 feet 5 inches as they performed roofing activities without the use of any fall protection system.  Workers were also exposed to a struck-by hazard as they used nail guns to install shingles on the roof deck and circular saws to cut plywood without donning the necessary eye protection.  Employees were exposed to an electrical hazard as they powered equipment with an extension cord that was missing the ground pin.
