Electrical Room of the Federal Building: One employee was wearing prescription glasses while a second employee was not wearing any type of eye protection in lieu of wearing safety glasses during the placing of the wet concrete by means of a concrete pump through a hose system for a pad that was approximately 32 feet by 10 feet as determined on 6-26-13. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
