29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about, May 22, 2013, at the above addressed job site, employees were exposed to fall hazards while performing roof framing without means of fall protection at: (a) The east side of Unit 18; (b) The east side of Unit 17; and (c) The north section of the site while employees were engaged in tying re-bar while working on the second level of the structure.
