29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a) KW Carpentry Contractors LLC on or about May 24, 2013, at the address of 5609 Bluewater Dr. Sylvania, OH: The employer did not ensure employees were adequately protected from falls while performing sheeting activities atop the on the south side of the residential structure. During this work, the employees were exposed to falls of approximately 11 ft. to the ground below. KW Carpentry Contractors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 589421, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on September 8, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6352 Glen Stream Monclova, OH.
