Fort Belvoir Army Base, Building 212: On or about 05/22/2013, employees were not provided with fall protection prior to crossing between the warning line and roof edge thereby exposing them to a fall hazard of 35 feet.

29 CFR 1926.502(f)(2)(ii): The rope, wire, or chain shall be rigged and supported in such a way that its lowest point (including sag) is no less than 34 inches (.9 m) from the walking/working surface and its highest point is no more than 39 inches (1.0 m) from the walking/working surface; a.) Fort Belvoir Army Base, Building 212: On or about 05/22/2013, the warning line erected 6' along the roof edge was not erected between 34" - 39" from walking surface in that three sections had sagged onto the roof surface.
