29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that at least one entrance of sufficient area was provided to give access to the working space about electric equipment 600 Volts, nominal, or less. SCUBA bottle charging station: On or about 05/24/2013, access to the working space in front of the electrical power shutoff switch for the SCUBA bottle charging station high pressure compressor was blocked. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
