29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by: On or about May 22, 2013, at the Simmons Foods poultry processing facility in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, the employer did not provide machine guarding, exposing employees to the hazard of being caught in the machines in the following: a) Acceleration conveyor belt number 1 at the vacuum drum. b) Acceleration conveyor belt # 2 at the vacuum drum. c) The tenderizer sizer conveyor at the KFC hopper. d) The tenderizer transfer conveyor at the debone line.
