On or about May 24, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees using pneumatic nail guns to perform roofing operations did not wear safety glasses, thereby exposing employees to the eye injuries.

Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a. On or about May 24, 2013 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing roofing operations approximately eight (8) feet four (4) inches above the ground were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
