29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in bathrooms or on rooftops shall have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. XTO Platform A, Third Floor Laundry and Wash Room: On or about 21 May 2013 and times prior thereto, the 120 electrical outlets located near sink and beside clothing washer/dryer and was not ground-fault circuit-interrupter protected. This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock and burn hazard.
