29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3):  Exit routes was not free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route.     a)     ground level,    The employer did not ensure that the emergency exit was not blocked.  A parked car blocked the emergency exit that leads to 29th street. Condition noted on 05/22/13.    b)     basement,     The employer did not ensure that the emergency exit was not blocked.  Garbage debris blocked the basement emergency exit that leads to 29th street     NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE INSPECTION CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT FOR THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
