(a) 3310 Port & Harbor Dr. in Bay Saint Louis, MS - On or about May 23, 2013, safety latches on hooks on overhead cranes number 2, 3, 4, the crane next to the CNC torch cutting machine and the jib crane were either missing or damaged.
