29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Front of the residential roof structure: On or about May 23, 2013, an employee was on the roof performing a roof tear off and exposed to fall hazards ranging from 9 feet up to elevated heights of 18 feet without a fall protection system in place. Note: Abatement certification AND documentation are required for this item. Murray Roofing was previously cited for a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection 29638, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 28, 2011 with respect to a workplace located at 3200 W. Overland Rd, Boise, Idaho 83705.
