Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm in that employees were exposed to the hazards of being struck by falling rig components:  On or about May 09, 2013, and at times prior thereto, employees were performing water well drilling work using an oil and gas well drilling rig that did not have the drill line properly secured to the deadline anchor. Bolts used in the anchor were corroded and the threading surfaces were worn.
