29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a) On or about May 10, 2013, the employer, Fedie Construction, Inc., did not ensure employees, who were required to engage in siding repair operations from a pump-jack scaffolding system which lacked end-piece guardrail systems, were protected from exposure to fall hazards of approximately 22 feet.
