29 CFR 1926.95(d)(1): The employer did not provide personal protective equipment, at no cost, to the employees: On or about May 29, 2013, and times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with the PPE (personal protective equipment) necessary to perform their duties and so requested by the employer. Employees required to provide PPE such as, but not limited to, hard hats, ear plugs, safety glasses, gloves, and safety vests were not compensated by their employer.
